Scholarships

Grant programs offer financial assistance that does not have to be repaid by the student or the student's family. Federal grant programs and several state grant programs are available to qualifying students.

Federal Pell Grant
The Federal Pell Grant, unlike a loan, does not have to be repaid. The Pell Grant is a federal program designed to provide assistance to eligible undergraduate students pursuing postsecondary education. Pell Grants are awarded to undergraduate students who have not earned a bachelor's degree.

Federal Supplemental Educational Opportunity Grant (FSEOG)
The Federal Supplemental Educational Opportunity Grant (FSEOG) program is for undergraduates with exceptional financial need. Because it is a grant program, an FSEOG doesn't have to be paid back. There's no guarantee every eligible student will receive an FSEOG; students at each school may be awarded an FSEOG based on eligibility and the availability of funds at that school. An FSEOG can give you up to $4,000 a year, depending on when you apply, your level of need, and the funding level of the school you're attending.

Colorado Student Grant
The Colorado Student Grant Program provides funding to undergraduate Colorado residents based on financial need. This grant program is available at the Colorado residents only.

Colorado Diversity Grant (CDIV)
The Colorado Diversity Grant Program is available to certain residents of Colorado based on financial need and other eligibility factors. This grant program is available at the Colorado residents only.
